“My name is Kevin Craner and I’m a 41 year old solicitor – what other countries may call a lawyer. I’ve always been into health and fitness. At 41 I was in the best shape of my life. I live on the coast and surf as much as possible, lift weights, and do high intensity cardio. I’ve always been very careful with what I have eaten, too.
