Summer opening hours
From Mon 8th June our Customer Service Desk will have reduced opening hours. You can continue to ring us whenever you like but if we can’t answer, or there is a long queue, or if you ring outside of our opening times, you can leave a message. Our helpdesk will call you back the same day or the next working day.
From Fri 24th July to Fri 31st July (week 31) our Customer Service Desk is closed.
Our manned telephone times (BST) are:
Mon – 09:00 to 15:00
Tue – 09:00 to 15:00
Wed – 09:00 to 15:00
Thu – 09:00 to 15:00
Fri – closed
Our lines are not manned at lunchtime; which for us is 11:00 to 12:00 each day.

We intend to continue to be active on the Facebook user site and answer your posts promptly. Answers are posted on weekdays, during office hours.
