Due to holiday periods, the response time in customer support may be slightly longer between July 1 and August 31.
Monday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Closed during lunchbreak from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
We are closed on Swedish national and public holidays, but we’ll tell you about those as they arise.
If you call us when we are closed – please leave a message with your name and phone number (please include country number and dialling code) and we will call you back as soon as possible.
We answer e-mails all weekdays, normally within 24 hours, except on Swedish public holidays when we are closed.
