Ordinary opening hours

Monday: 09:00 to 15:00
Tuesday: 08:00 to 15:00
Wednesday: 08:00 to 15:00
Thursday: 08:00 to 15:00
Friday: no support by phone, but send us an email or leave a message.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Closed during lunchbreak from 11 am to 12 pm.

We closed on Swedish statutory holidays, but we’ll tell you about those as they arise!

Telephone opening hours: Monday from 11 am to 5 pm and Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 17 pm UK time.

If you call us when we are closed – please leave a message with your name and phone number (please include country number and dialling code) and we will call you back as soon as possible.

We answer e-mails all weekdays, normally within 24 hours, except on Swedish public holidays when we are closed.
