Shipping Information

Our recommended shipping alternative is with UPS Trackable Delivery, 3 – 5 working days. At our webshop checkout there are other alternatives too; read more about these below.

If you want to order an IQoro but would prefer not to use the on-line webshop then that works too. Send an email to [email protected] or call +44 (0) 20 3966 0723. We will reply with instructions on what information we need from you to enter a manual order.

Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. and at the weekends will be despatched on the next working day. UPS expect a delivery time of 3 – 5 working days. If your delivery is delayed (and we haven’t already advised you of a delay), please contact our Customer Support.

As soon as we start to prepare your package for despatch you will receive a tracking ID by e-mail to enable you to start to check the progress of your delivery. All delivery alternatives are trackable – with the exception of Postnord home delivery outside of Sweden.

The countries that we ship to

We sell and deliver IQoro to all EU countries and the UK via our webshop. We also ship to Norway, Iceland and Switzerland, but for orders from these countries you will need to contact our Customer Support at [email protected], and a customs toll will be levied.

Note that the accompanying instruction manual is only available in English, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, German and Norwegian. If you order from a country which does not have one of these languages as its national language you will receive an English version – unless you request one of the other available languages by indicating this in ‘order notes’ at the web checkout.

Delivery alternatives

The following shipping alternatives are available for customers in all countries that order via our web shop. Note that deliveries via Postnord are not trackable within Europe or EEA (outside Sweden’s borders).

UPS Trackable Delivery

This is our recommended alternative for deliveries within Europe or EEA countries (outside Sweden).
The estimated delivery time is 3 – 5 working days

Packages will be delivered to your door on normal working days between 08:00 and 17:00.

When we despatch your order from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking ID number. You can use this to follow the progress of your package, and to exercise further options on your delivery preferences.

If you are not at home when UPS try to deliver, they will send you an SMS with details of when you can collect you package from a nearby collection point.

DHL Express Delivery

If you are in a hurry to receive your IQoro we recommend this alternative.
The estimated delivery time is 1 – 2 working days.

Packages will be delivered to your door on normal working days between 08:00 and 17:00.

When we despatch your order from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking ID number. You can use this to follow the progress of your package, and to exercise further options on your delivery preferences.

If you are not at home when DHL try to deliver, they will send you an SMS with details of when you can collect you package from a nearby collection point.

Postnord Home Delivery

Our experience is that this delivery alternative can take up to 10 working days.

Your package will be delivered to your letter box. If the package is too large to be delivered in this way, Postnord will send you an SMS with details of when you can collect you package from a nearby collection point.

When we despatch your order from our warehouse you will receive an email advising you of this, but note that you will not be able to track the progress of your packet once outside Sweden’s borders with this alternative.
