When ordering an IQoro from our website, you’ll be asked to choose your preferred shipping alternative in the checkout.

The countries we ship to

We sell and deliver IQoro via our webshop to all EU countries, Norway and the UK.

We also ship to Iceland, the Åland Islands and Switzerland. However, for orders from these countries you’ll need to contact our Customer support at info@iqoro.com and a customs toll may be levied.

Note that the instruction manual accompanying your IQoro is available in English, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, German and Norwegian. If you order from a country which does not have one of these languages as its national language you will receive an English version – unless you request one of the other available languages by indicating this in ‘order notes’ at the web checkout.

How we process your order

Orders placed after 08:00 CET (7 a.m in the UK) and during weekends will be despatched on the next working day. However, for deliveries with UPS, all orders after 08:00 CET (7 a.m in the UK) will be sent the next working day.

If your delivery is delayed beyond the times indicated below (and we haven’t already advised you of a delay) please contact our customer support.

You will receive a tracking ID by e-mail to enable you to start to check the progress of your delivery, providing that the delivery option that you have chosen supports this function (see below).

Delivery options

We’re offering different shipping options for the UK and EU. Freight costs and delivery times varies depending on the shipping option you select and if you live in the UK or in the EU. For our customers in Sweden, please read more about our Swedish deliveries at our Swedish site.

The following shipping alternatives are available for customers from the UK and the EU when ordering an IQoro from our web shop.

UPS Trackable Delivery

  • Delivers to: UK and EU
  • Delivery time: UK and EU 5-7 weekdays
  • Price: UK £9/EU £7.5-13 (varies between EU countries)
  • Traceable delivery: Yes

This is our recommended alternative for deliveries within Europe or EEA countries (other than Sweden).

The freight cost for the UK is £9 and £7.5-13 for the EU, with variation between countries. The delivery time is 5-7 weekdays. Your IQoro will be delivered to your door on normal weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00.

You will recieve an email from us with a tracking ID when we’ve despatched your order from our warehouse. You can use this ID number to follow the progress of your order.

If you are not at home when UPS tries to deliver, they will contact you with details of when you can collect your order from a nearby collection point.

DHL Express Delivery

  • Delivers to: UK and EU
  • Delivery time: UK and EU 1-3 weekdays
  • Price: UK £19/EU £15-21 (varies between EU countries)
  • Traceable delivery: Yes

If you are in a hurry to recieve your IQoro, this is our recommended option for customers from both the UK and EU. The delivery time is around 1-3 weekdays. This counts from the day after we have despatched your order from our warehouse.

Shipping with DHL Express costs £19 to the UK and £15-21 to the EU, with variation between countries. Since Brexit, delivery times and prices are often slightly higher to the UK than to the rest of Europe. Your IQoro will be delivered to your door on normal working days between 08:00 and 17:00.

You will recieve an email from us with a tracking ID when we’ve despatched your order from our warehouse. You can use this ID number to follow the progress of your order, and to exercise further options on your delivery preferences.

If you are not at home when DHL tries to deliver, they will send you an SMS or an email with details of when you can collect your package from a nearby collection point.
