About your purchase

Why doesn’t my GP or physician know about IQoro?

This is since IQoro is still a relatively new device. It’s available for prescription in the UK since mid-2022. This is why some health professionals in the UK don’t know about it yet.

Because of this, you might need to introduce IQoro to your healthcare contact. If you are living in the UK you can find relevant information to bring to your GP on our page about IQoro on prescription.

If you’d prefer to purchase an IQoro on your own and start the treatment within a few days, you can always order it directly from our webshop.

No. Brexit is not affecting your purchase when buying from us.

1. Pricing

We have not made any price changes on IQoro due to Brexit.

2. Importing

You may order and receive your IQoro without worrying about the new import rules after Brexit.

There is nothing extra that you need to do or pay to facilitate the delivery of your IQoro.

We offer two different delivery options to the UK, to make sure everyone can find a price and a delivery time that works best for them.

3. Consumer rights

The consumer rights laid out in our Terms and Conditions is at this point not affected by Brexit. In case of changes in the consumer rights, we will update accordingly.

Does IQoro come with a guarantee?

Yes, you get two different guarantees when you buy an IQoro – a manufacturing guarantee and a results guarantee.

Manufacturing guarantee

Upon purchase, IQoro comes with a 7-month manufacturing guarantee, which covers any damage that may have occurred during the actual manufacture.

The accompanying IQoro manual contains information about the guarantee and how to best to care for your IQoro. Expected service life is 12 months of normal use. This is based on the fact that IQoro is a product that is used in the mouth and that has to be pulled. This leads to natural wear and tear in the plastic during use.

Do not use IQoro if it is broken or has cracks in the plastic.

Results guarantee

Upon purchase, IQoro comes with a results guarantee. This means that you can get your money back if you do not notice any positive changes in your symptoms within 6 months.

Launching IQoro in the United Stated is in our development plan. Please be patient until we have gotten our FDA approval.

I have read in the manual that a symptom document (patient questionnaire) should be used. Where can I find it?

E-mail to: info@iqoro.com, and we will send it to you.

Do you deliver IQoro to my country?

If you live in the UK, EU or EES, you can get an IQoro delivered to you from our webshop.

This means that if you for example live in islands like Guernsey or Jersey, you will not be able to get an IQoro delivered and our warranty is not covering countries outside the EU/EES and UK.
