How long does it take to get rid of my symptoms?
Have you been training for a long time without your symptoms disappearing completely? Does it sometimes feel like you’ll never be fully recovered?
You are not alone. For some of our customers, it takes a little longer for symptoms to disappear completely.
Why it can take so long to become symptom-free
- Your muscles have been very weak and need time to fully recover.
- You do not train often enough or regularly enough.
- You haven’t quite got the training technique right.
It can feel hopeless to train month after month and still not get rid of your symptoms. But experience from our customers shows that you just need to be patient and keep going.
Therefore, we believe that you too can get rid of your symptoms!
How long has it taken others to get better?
Here you can read about some of our customers and how long they trained with IQoro before they got better.
Pia: 9 months
Pia had problems climbing stairs. A hiatal hernia affected her breathing and left her short of breath. She also had acid reflux.
After 9 months of training, she was able to climb stairs again without any problem and has significantly reduced her medication for heartburn.
I trained three times a day from August to the end of May. I then started training in the mornings and evenings and that seems to be sufficient.
Anders: 1 year
Singer Anders Edenroth had reflux that affected his singing voice for much of his career. After 1 year with IQoro, he was symptom-free and able to stop his reflux medication.
I have now been using IQoro for about a year, I am completely symptom-free and no longer need to take any reflux medication.
Three things you may need to do to become symptom-free
Here we explain what you can do to succeed in your training, and why training sometimes takes some time.
1. You need to train longer
Training with IQoro is like lifting weights in a gym – because you are strengthening muscles, it often takes time.

Why does it take longer for me to become symptom-free?
For some, it takes longer because their muscles are very weak or have been weak for a long time. It may then take longer to revitalise the muscles.
But just like any training, weakened muscles will eventually get stronger, as long as you expose them to exercise. The more often and regularly you train, the faster you will get results. As long as you do not train more than three times a day.
Does it matter how long I’ve had symptoms?
It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been poorly, or how weakened your muscles are, it’s still just as possible for you to get results with IQoro!
So our advice to you: are you training regularly and do you feel confident that you are doing it correctly? If so, keep training. You will notice results eventually!
2. You need to train more often
If you have not become symptom-free, it may be because you need to train more often. If you train less than three times a day, it may take longer for you to get results.
Training too infrequently can also mean that you never fully recover.
Why do I need to train regularly?
Through research and experience, we know that regular training is needed to get better. You need to train according to our recommendations.
Do you know that you have not been training often enough? Then we recommend that you start there. Sometimes a few weeks of regular training is enough to get better results.
Why might it be difficult to get the routine right?
New habits are often difficult to adopt, even if we know they are good for us. We have met customers who have kept IQoro in the bathroom cabinet for a year before they started training.
Or who have trained once or maybe twice a day at slightly uneven intervals. Then it takes time to get results, or no results at all.
3. You need to fine-tune your training
If you’ve been training for a while but haven’t fully improved, it could be because you’re training in the wrong way.
For example, pulling too hard with IQoro, can affect your results.
Unsure if you are training in the right way?
Many of our customers have questions about training. A change in your training technique could very well lead to faster results.

This is how often you need to train
You need to train:
- Three times a day.
- 3 x 30 seconds per session.
- At least two hours between training sessions.
If you train fewer times per day, it may take longer to get better. It may also mean that you will never be completely free of symptoms.
