There is an app for both iPhone and Android that can help make your IQoro training more efficient. Here you can read more about the app, its features and benefits.

IQoro in your phone

The IQoro app is free, easy to use and serves as a complement to your IQoro.

It can both help you count seconds at the time of training, remind you of the next workout, and keep track of improvements over time.

Of course, you can use the app regardless of whether you have an Android phone or iPhone. The app is currently available in English and Swedish.

How to register

  1. Download the app from the app store in your phone.
  2. Enter your e-mail address in the app to receive a verification code to your inbox
  3. Enter the code into the app to log in.

The first time you log in to the app, you get a brief overview of the different features. Take the time to go through that guide, as it only appears once.

Every few months, you will need to log back into the app by entering your e-mail address and receiving a new code.

Features of the app

There are several useful features in the app that make training even easier. Here are our favourites.

Exercise now

This is the primary feature of the app. It acts as your personal trainer and helps you keep track of how long 10 seconds really is.

Click “Start Now” and the app will tell you when to pull IQoro and when to rest.

You can have the sound on to avoid having to look at the screen while pulling, or put your phone in front of you and watch the seconds count down.


The biggest problem with a new exercise routine is that it’s easy to forget about it. Therefore, you can set training reminders in the app. You choose which times of the day suit you best and get a notification when it’s time for the next session.

In the settings, you can also set the duration of the workout to less than 10 seconds. This can be useful if you are less experienced and want to start slow.

Training results

We all know how hard it can be to remember what something felt like three months ago. Therefore, it may be a good idea to use this feature.

Here you can see how many times per day you trained. You can also complete a daily symptom check and a regular self-test. This will give a good overview of your progress over time – and you will be able to see statistics on how your symptoms are improving.

How to exercise

In this part of the app, you can watch videos and read tips and tricks about your training.

You’ll get a quick guide to get started with training the right way easily and a section with frequently asked questions related to your training technique and other questions that may arise.
