How long does it take for me to get better?
Have you been training for a long time without results? Does it sometimes feel like there may be no point in continuing?
You are not alone. For some of our customers, it takes a little longer to start feeling better.
But the good news is that 97% get better in the end. Keep reading for tips to help you move forward.
Why it takes so long to get better
There are various reasons why it takes longer for you to feel an improvement, all completely natural. The following 3 are the most common:
- Your muscles are very weak and need time to recover.
- You have had some difficulty getting into a daily training routine.
- You haven’t quite got the training technique right.
How long has it taken others to get better?
Here you can read about some of our customers and how long they trained with IQoro before they got better.
Pia: 9 months
Pia had problems climbing stairs. A hiatal hernia affected her breathing and left her short of breath. She also had acid reflux.
After 9 months of training, she was able to climb stairs again without any problem and has significantly reduced her medication for heartburn.
I trained three times a day from August to the end of May. I then started training in the mornings and evenings and that seems to be sufficient.
Anders: 1 year
Singer Anders Edenroth had reflux that affected his singing voice for much of his career. After 1 year with IQoro, he was symptom-free and able to stop his reflux medication.
I have now been using IQoro for about a year, I am completely symptom-free and no longer need to take any reflux medication.
Here’s what you may need to do to get results
Here we explain what you can do to succeed in your training, and why training sometimes takes some time.
1. You need to train longer
Training with IQoro is like lifting weights in a gym – because you are strengthening muscles, it often takes time.

Why does it take longer for me to get results?
For some, it takes longer because their muscles are very weak or have been weak for a long time. It may then take longer to revitalise the muscles.
But just like any training, weakened muscles will eventually get stronger, as long as you expose them to exercise. The more often and regularly you train, the faster you will get results. As long as you do not train more than three times a day.
Does it matter how long I’ve had symptoms?
It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been poorly, or how weakened your muscles are, it’s still just as possible for you to get results with IQoro!
So our advice to you: are you training regularly and do you feel confident that you are doing it correctly? If so, keep training. You will notice results eventually!
2. You need to train more often
If you haven’t noticed results, it may be because you need to train more often. If you train less than three times a day, it may take longer for you to get results.
Training too infrequently can also lead to no results at all.
Why do I need to train regularly?
Through research and experience, we know that regular training is needed to get better. You need to train according to our recommendations.
Do you know that you have not been training often enough? We recommend that you start there. Sometimes a few weeks of regular training is enough to get results.
Why might it be difficult to get the routine right?
New habits are often difficult to adopt, even if we know they are good for us. We have met customers who have kept IQoro in the bathroom cabinet for a year before they started training.
Some have trained once or maybe twice a day at slightly uneven intervals. Then it takes time to get results, or no results at all.
3. You need to fine-tune your training
If you’ve been training for a while but haven’t noticed results, it could be because you’re training in the wrong way. For example, if you have IQoro wrong in your mouth or pull in the wrong way, it can affect the result.

Unsure if you are training in the right way?
Many of our customers have questions about training. A change in your training technique could very well lead to faster results.

You need to train:
