Acid reflux is caused by a hiatal hernia
Reflux is a common and often disruptive symptom of a hiatal hernia that can significantly impact daily life. The good news is that effective treatment is available that targets the root cause, helping symptoms improve naturally over time.

Get yourself examined
If you Google “acid reflux” you’ll find many different remedies and solutions. However, most of them won’t address the root cause. It’s important to get examined to rule out serious illness—but don’t wait to start your treatment.
The most common cause of reflux is a hiatal hernia, and you can begin treatment even while waiting for your examination. (More about IQoro below.)
The cause: Hiatal hernia
The most common cause of acid reflux is a hiatus hernia.
A hiatal hernia occues when the diaphragm – a thin muscle that acts as a partition in the upper body – is weakened.
1. The stomach slides up
When the diaphragm is weakened, the stomach can slide up above it. This causes the gastroesophageal junction to shift out of its proper position, preventing it from closing tightly. As a result, stomach acid can leak out.
2. Stomach acid in the oesophagus
When corrosive stomach acid comes into contact with the oesophagus, it causes discomfort. Common symptoms of acid reflux include coughing, heartburn, acid regurgitation, and nausea.
Some people experience symptoms multiple times a day or during specific activities, such as heavy lifting, lying down, or after eating. Others may have symptoms that come and go, with long symptom-free periods in between.
In severe cases, stomach acid can damage the lining of the oesophagus, even if you haven’t experienced significant reflux symptoms. This is why it’s important to address even mild issues as early as possible.
What can you do?
Since a hiatal hernia is the cause of your reflux, you need to train the diaphragm to treat the problem.
The most effective way to train the diaphragm is with IQoro.
Does it sound unlikely – yes, we understand that
It may sound too good to be true – that a simple exercise routine can eliminate discomfort you’ve been suffering from for several years.
We understand that, but read what others who have bought an IQoro say.
A simple routine that removes your reflux
With IQoro, you activate the nerves and weak muscles that cause your acid reflux.
For 30 seconds, you stimulate nerves in the mouth that activate 148 muscles at high intensity.
When you do this regularly, the muscles strengthen and the reflux decreases, to eventually disappear completely.

IQoro is a Swedish invention, made in Nyköping, Sweden. Our customer support is on hand to answer any questions by e-mail or phone prior and post purchase.
No drugs – no side effects
Medication for heartburn and reflux isn’t a long-term solution to your problems and only provides temporary relief.
To get rid of the problems, it’s necessary to stop the leakage of stomach acid, which previously required surgery.
Singer Anders Edenroth explains how he got the same results from IQoro as from his medication.
Jane’s lifelong struggle with acid reflux ended in weeks
Jane had an irritating cough and gunge in the back of her mouth. It interfered when she was speaking and singing, but after several weeks of using IQoro her symptoms are more or less gone.

“I’m very pleased that I discovered IQoro.”
Gary suffered from a hiatal hernia, with symptoms like indigestion, heartburn and reflux for ten years. The medication he took (PPI) was to be reviewed but never was. When he started training with IQoro he finally found a solution.
I highly recommend this product and treatment. Read Gary´s story
State-funded research proves the effect
IQoro training is proven to be an effective treatment through several internationally published studies. 97% of study participants improved.
The research has been carried out by research teams with different professions at Swedish universities, financed with state funds and research funds.
IQoro harnesses nerves in the mouth
When you train with IQoro, four important nerves in the mouth are stimulated. This sends signals to the brain, which in turn tells 148 muscles all the way down to the stomach to work.
IQoro thus triggers a pre-programmed muscle chain. Many of the muscles in the chain can not be reached in other ways than through nerve signals via the brain.
The training strengthens the muscles and reduces your reflux, which eventually disappears completely.
